The long-awaited iPhone 4 is finally going on sale next week in Thailand, but it looks like buyers are going to have to wait even longer to use it with a fully functioning 3G (3rd Generation) network. Smart phone owners in Thailand were outraged last night when word broke that the Central Administrative Court was putting a halt to a telecommunications auction for 3G licenses that was due to start on Monday. read more
